A valid OHIP card is required for all patients receiving treatment at the time of their initial visit. Since many other provincial health plans recognize these conditions, we can accept patients with out-of-province health cards.
Getting a doctor’s referral with medical proof of your condition is preferable. However, please fax or deliver documentation personally to our facility for review by our Medical Team.

We usually require a specific number of medical records to support your condition to be eligible for OHIP coverage for Hyperbaric O2 by Peak Human.
You will meet with a hyperbaric physician for an initial consultation after OHIP coverage has been confirmed to determine the ideal atmospheric pressure and the number of treatments.
We encourage all patients to keep a line of communication open with our medical care team throughout their stay with us at Peak Human regarding any questions, concerns, or updates.
